1. Membership & Eligibility ✅
1.1. Invitation-Based Access
XKSH Clan is a private and exclusive community. Membership is granted only via admin approval.
1.2. Accurate Information
You must provide complete and correct details when filling out the official registration form.
Any false information may result in immediate removal.
1.3. Member Responsibilities
Stay active and participate in hackathons, internships, and projects as per availability.
Respect deadlines and follow project guidelines set by the admins.
1.4. Age & Educational Requirement
Recommended minimum age: 15 years.
Members must be students, developers, designers, or professionals interested in hackathons, internships, or collaborative work.
2. Privacy & Data Protection 🔐

During registration, we may collect:
Full name
Email ID
Contact number
Educational background
Skills, portfolio links, and interests
2.2. Data Usage
Your data will only be used for:
Allocating teams for hackathons and projects
Informing you about internships, events, and opportunities

2.4. Non-Disclosure

3. Code of Conduct 🤝
3.1. Professional Behavior
Maintain polite and respectful communication with all members.
3.2. Prohibited Activities 🚫
No sharing group links without admin permission.
No abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language.
No spam, irrelevant promotions, or malicious links.
3.3. Zero Tolerance Policy
Any harassment, bullying, or violation of ethics will lead to immediate removal and potential ban from future activities.
4. Hackathons, Internships & Projects 💻
4.1. Participation Rules
Opportunities will be announced exclusively in the group.
To participate, you must fill out the official registration form.
4.2. Selection & Teaming
Admins reserve the right to select members, create teams, and assign roles based on skills and availability.
4.3. Commitment
Once you commit to a hackathon, internship, or project, you are expected to complete your role responsibly.
4.4. Intellectual Property Rights
Any code, designs, documents, or resources created during collaborations will remain the joint property of contributors unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Members must not reuse, resell, or share any project materials without prior consent.
5. Confidentiality 🔒
5.1. Protected Information
All internal discussions, documents, and resources are strictly confidential.
5.2. No Unauthorized Sharing
Sharing confidential info with non-members without admin approval is strictly prohibited.
5.3. Violation Consequences
Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate expulsion and potential legal action.
6. Content Sharing Guidelines 📂
Always credit creators when sharing designs, code, or documents.
Sharing copyrighted or illegal material is strictly forbidden.
Avoid posting sensitive personal data in group chats.
7. Dispute Resolution ⚖️
Any conflicts between members should be reported to admins.
Admins’ decisions on disputes will be final and binding.
XKSH Clan is not liable for any disputes arising from hackathons, internships, or collaborations.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations ⚠️
XKSH Clan facilitates opportunities but does not guarantee selections for internships, hackathons, or job roles.
We are not responsible for:
Project delays or cancellations
Hackathon outcomes
Misuse of shared resources
9. Admin Rights 🛠️
Admins have full authority to:
Approve or remove members
Change group rules and T&Cs anytime
Control collaborations, team formations, and event participation
10. Acceptance of Terms 📜
